About Us
We’re Theresa and Trevor Keown, and we are beyond proud to be the owners of Dirty Deeds Interior and Exterior Cleaning. For us, this company is more than just a business—it’s a chance to build something that reflects our values of hard work, dedication and community.
Trevor’s journey has given him a wealth of experience in the trades, from working in Grand Prairie pipe fitting to building Quonsets all across BC. He’s also worked in construction, learning the ropes of the industry hands-on. In Christmas 2023, Trevor, along with 300 other employees, was laid off from the Myra Falls mines. It was a challenging time, but it sparked the drive to create something new—a business that would secure our family’s future and allow us to contribute to the community we love.
Theresa’s background is just as diverse. From roofing to serving as a Corporal (CPL) in the BCD Armored Recon of the Canadian military, she’s always had a passion for hard work and service. She’s also the proud owner of Mamacita's Colibri Wellness Academy, a business she started 8 years ago, where she’s built a strong reputation for providing top-quality wellness services.
We met in Campbell River in 2021, and it didn’t take long for us to realize we were meant to be. In August 2024, we celebrated our love with a beautiful wedding. Together, we’ve created a vision for Dirty Deeds that goes beyond cleaning. We’re passionate about our community, participating in ocean clean-ups and other local environmental efforts. We want Dirty Deeds to be more than just a business—we want it to be a part of the community, involved in events and activities that make this place we call home even better.
We both work hard in the business, ensuring we maintain the highest standards for both our clients and our staff. We believe in creating a space where our team feels heard, valued and supported, because when our staff is happy, our clients are too. We want to operate a company we’re proud of—one that treats everyone like family.
We officially launched Dirty Deeds in January 2024, and while we’re still in the early stages, we have big plans for the future. Our ultimate goal is to create a legacy—a family business that we can pass down to our children, teaching them the importance of hard work and dedication for generations to come.
